What is included with a Mini golf rental?
We include putters, balls, scorecards, pencils, and the complete set up. All rentals will include 9 holes of mini golf with LED lights for evening use as well.
What is the cancelation policy for Mini Golf/Yard Games?
Mini Golf: We require 50% deposit for all events to hold the time and date. If you need to cancel your event 14 days from the event date, we can apply you deposit to a future event. For events canceled less than 14 days from the scheduled event, will have their refund forfeited.
Yard Games: We require 50% deposit for games to hold the time and date. All deposits are non-refundable, however, if a cancellation is made, the placed deposit is credited for a future rental and does not expire. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Events canceled within 24 hours will not receive any refund due to preparation and planning of the order already being completed on our end.
How much space will we need for Mini Golf?
It will require roughly 100 square feet indoor or outdoor. Areas for set up need to be flat surfaces, no hills or dips. Please let us know if there are any obstacles such as stairs, etc, that we may need to handle.
How much does it cost for delivery?
Delivery fee is Free for the first 15 miles, then $1.00 dollar/mile for pick and delivery. For Yard Games, pick up is available in Kirksville. Delivery fees will be required before delivery of the games. Invoicing will be provided.
How do I reserve Mini Golf or Game packages?
1. Email us your dates, times, and location of your event.
2. We will reply and get any additional information that may be needed or if you have any more questions.
3. Invoicing and rental agreement will be sent to you to review.
4. Once Deposit and rental agreement have been submitted, we will put you on the requested date and time.
5. When your date arrives, balance will be due and collected. You can choose to pay in full at the time you make your reservation.

Is Roaming Fairways insured?
Yes! Roaming Fairways is fully licensed and insured. If your organization requires to be additionally insured, please notify us of that during the reservation process.
