Refund Policy - the basics
Mini Golf: We require 50% deposit for all events to hold the time and date. If you need to cancel your event greater than 14 days from the event date, we can apply you deposit to a future event or provide a 50% refund of your deposit. For events canceled less than 14 days from the scheduled event, the refund will be forfeited.
Yard Games: We require 50% deposit for games to hold the time and date. All deposits are non-refundable, however, if a cancellation is made, the placed deposit is credited for a future rental and does not expire. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Events canceled within 24 hours will not receive any refund due to preparation and planning of the order already being completed on our end.
If on the day of your rental, rain, high winds (15+ mph) or other inclement weather is predicted you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, once the equipment has left our warehouse, there are no refunds. If we have begged you to cancel due to the weather (even though it is not raining yet) and then the rain starts after the setup, the event is still paid for and will not be refunded. We will also have to pick the items up in the rain as our equipment cannot be set up or left out in inclement weather.
Example: The radar shows 30% rain all day, we may ask you to cancel as the sky is looking gray and it could rain at any time. If you do not want to cancel we will remind you that if the items, come off the truck they must be paid for immediately before the set up. (We would rather not take your money to keep you happy and keep your guests safe!) If we set up and the rain starts coming down, we will have to clean up IMMEDIATELY and WILL NOT refund any money for the event as we did our best to cancel and tried to refuse set up service to not take your money. (this is the most rare occasion)
